Siesta Key Electric provides licensed electrical contracting services (Florida License EC13007806). The scope, pricing, and terms for any job are set out in the quote, estimate, or work order for that job. If a quote, estimate, or work order conflicts with these Terms, the quote, estimate, or work order controls.

2. Quotes, Estimates, and Pricing

Quotes are based on the information available at the time and on standard access and site conditions. Work found on site that is beyond the quoted scope, or conditions that are materially different from those assumed, may be quoted separately and requires your approval before work proceeds. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote.

3. Scheduling and Site Access

You agree to provide safe and timely access to the work area. Delays caused by access, site conditions, or third parties may affect scheduling and cost.

4. Payment

Payment is due as stated on your invoice or work order. Late charges and collection costs may apply as permitted by law. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

5. Text Messaging (SMS) Program Terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive service-related text messages from Siesta Key Electric.

• Message types: appointment reminders, technician dispatch and arrival notices, quote and invoice notifications, and account or service updates.
• Message frequency: message frequency varies based on your service activity.
• Rates: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive a confirmation and no further texts unless you opt back in.

• Carriers: wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Warranties

Siesta Key Electric warrants that its workmanship will meet the applicable electrical codes in effect at the time of the work. Manufacturer warranties apply to installed equipment and materials. Except as expressly stated in a written quote or work order, or as required by law, services are provided without other warranties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Siesta Key Electric is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or your use of this website.

8. Intellectual Property
